The DSDS voting via SMS flat rate allows viewers to vote for their favorite contestant on the show by sending a text message to a designated number. The flat rate means that voters are charged a fixed fee for each SMS vote they send, regardless of the number of votes they submit. This system makes it easier for fans to participate in the voting process without worrying about accumulating high costs. The votes are then tallied, and the contestant with the most votes is saved from elimination or advances in the competition. **
